You don't actually unlock him separately. You just pick Kazuya and hit the right button (triangle or Y) during character select.

It's pretty easy. When you pick Kazuya, press triangle (or Y) on the character select screen to play as Devil Kazuya. Enjoy wrecking fools!

Super simple! Just select Kazuya and press the triangle (or Y on Xbox) button to transform into Devil Kazuya before the match starts.
