To snag yourself a dino egg in Stardew Valley, you've got a few options. Fishing and treasure chests are your best bet. Sometimes you'll find one if you're lucky while digging up artifact spots with those wiggly worms too. Or, if you're brave enough, try defeating Pepper Rexes in the Skull Cavern. They don't drop them often, but it's worth a shot!
