You can get a dragon by unlocking Wonder 2 in your civilization, which requires upgrading your Keep to a high level and completing the Wonder construction quests. It's a grind, but so worth it for that majestic beast!

Join an alliance and participate in events like the Undead Invasion or the Server War. Sometimes dragons are rewarded for top performance!
You need to focus on building your Keep and upgrading your Wonder. I've done it myself, and trust me, it takes some time but it's a game-changer!
