Sorry to break it to you, but you can't actually get frogs as pets or farm animals in Stardew Valley. However, you might spot them hopping around when you're working on your farm or when it's raining. They're more like cute little easter eggs than something you can collect or interact with.
Big news, you can't keep frogs in Stardew Valley. But hey, spotting them in the wild is still pretty awesome.
