To grab hay from the silo in Stardew Valley on your Switch, you've gotta head over to your barn or coop. Inside, look for the hay hopper - it's this box next to the feeding bench. Just interact with it and boom, you'll take hay out to feed your animals. Make sure you've actually got hay in the silo first, or you'll be picking at straws, literally.

Just go up to the hay hopper and press 'A'. If there's hay in your silo, you'll get some to use. Short and sweet!

I remember being totally lost about this too. Found out the hard way that your silo needs to actually have hay in it (facepalm). Make sure you cut some grass with your scythe to fill it up, then just use the hopper inside your barn or coop. Works like a charm!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
