To get Ice 2, you need to head to the Grinder district and look for the cybernetics shop. Once there, you can buy it for around 25,000 Ucreds. Happy hacking!

I got Ice 2 from the cybernetics vendor in the Warrens area. It cost me a hefty sum of Ucreds, but totally worth it for hacking those tougher terminals!
