Easy peasy! To get into the Community Center in Stardew Valley, you just need to progress a little in the game. Wait until the 5th of Spring in your first year, and Mayor Lewis will show you around the Community Center in a cutscene. After this, you're free to explore it and start tackling those bundles!
Just wanted to add, once you're in, get ready for a wild ride collecting stuff for those bundles. Stardew Valley's version of a scavenger hunt!
