To get into the Mines in Stardead Valley, you simply need to progress a bit in the game. On the fifth day of Spring in your first year, you'll get a letter from Joja Corp about a landslide clearing. Once the landslide is cleared, you can head to the northeast of the Carpenter's Shop to find the entrance to the Mines. Ready your pickaxe and get to adventuring!
