Just go for a walk in the wild! Leeks are forage items in Stardew Valley you can mainly find in the Spring around the mountains and forests. If you’re really into it, you could increase your Foraging skill to have a better chance of finding quality leeks.

Leeks in Stardew Valley can be found during the Spring season, just wander around the map especially in the mountain areas and near the railroad. They're lying around for you to forage! Pro tip: Keep an eye out during Spring 1-5; those early days are prime leek spotting time.
