How to get lots of copper in Stardew Valley
DislikingTramp·8 months agoCave carrots aren't just for energy! Best advice? Save 'em up 'cause mining is hungry work, and you need that stamina to break those copper nodes. Oh, and don’t throw away those stones, you’ll need them for crafting a furnace to smelt your copper ore into bars.

The best way to stock up on copper is to dive into the Mines located in the Northeast of Pelican Town. Once inside, aim for floors 1-39, as they're rich in copper ore nodes. Don't forget to bring your pickaxe! Smashing those copper nodes will get you plenty of copper ores. Another pro tip: keep an eye out for barrels and crates inside the mines, they sometimes contain copper ore too.
Honestly, just buy it from Clint, the blacksmith. Yeah, mining it yourself feels rewarding, but when you've got a farm to run, animals to tend to, and a social life in Pelican Town to maintain, who has the time? Clint’s prices are reasonable, and it saves you from spending hours in the mines. Trust me, your in-game time is better spent elsewhere.
