To get the Mayonnaise Machine in Stardew Valley, you need to level up your Farming skill to level 2. Once you hit level 2, you'll unlock the crafting recipe for it. You'll need 15 wood, 15 stone, 1 earth crystal, and 1 copper bar to craft it. Gather those materials, open your crafting menu, and you're all set to craft your very own Mayonnaise Machine!

Easiest thing ever. Just play the game, level up farming to 2, and craft it with some wood, stone, earth crystal, and a copper bar. Boom, mayo time!
