To get more casks in Stardew Valley, you'll need to upgrade your cellar! First things first, you have to fully upgrade your farmhouse which will then allow you to add a cellar. Once Robin is done building your cellar, you'll find that it comes stocked with 33 casks. If you crave more, you're out of luck; the game limits you to those 33 casks that fit in your cellar, so use them wisely to age your cheese and wines to perfection.

You can't get more casks than what fits in the cellar, unfortunately. Gotta make do with the 33 you get after the upgrade. Plan your wine and cheese production accordingly!
Actually, if you're into mods, there are some that let you place more casks outside the cellar. But in vanilla Stardew Valley, the 33 in your cellar is your max. Make those casks count!
