Gus at the Stardrop Saloon can hook you up too. Sometimes, if you befriend him enough, he mails you recipes. Also, buying meals at the saloon can randomly unlock those recipes for you to cook at home. Nice way to expand your cooking collection.

Don't forget the Stardew Valley Fair in Fall! Winning tokens lets you buy the Stardrop, but you can also snag a rarecrow and sometimes recipes. Community center bundles are a solid go too. Complete 'em, and the rewards often include new cooking recipes.
