Just a heads up, night fishing isn't just about the time. It's also about the right spot. For example, the Walleye can be found in rivers and lakes during Fall when it's raining, but you won't see them otherwise. Each night fish has its specific conditions, so do a little homework on the one you're after.

Honestly, night fishing in Stardew Valley is overhyped. Just plant more crops. It's way easier cash.

To catch night fish in Stardew Valley, you gotta fish during nighttime! That means whipping out your fishing rod after 7 PM in-game time. Different seasons bring different night fish, so make sure to check which ones are available. Plus, some can only be found when it's raining, so keep an eye on that weather forecast.
