Unfortunately, Discord doesn't allow for layout changes on mobile. Keep an eye out for updates, they might bring back some old features!
Hot take: Just get used to the new layout. You'll forget it was ever different in a couple of weeks.
Had the same issue and found that sideloading an older version could work on Android. Be careful with that, though!
There鈥檚 really no way to revert back to the old layout officially. Maybe just give feedback to Discord through their support channels.
