Honestly, just ask your friend to find it for you. Every time I need mine, I've forgotten where to look, and my friend pulls it up in like two seconds. Some kind of Geometry Dash wizard, I swear.
Just play a level, any level, and click on the pause button. You'll see an 'Upload' button. Click on it, and it'll show your profile ID in the warning message that pops up. It's like finding hidden treasure but way easier and less pirate-y.
