In Retro Bowl, QB Mode unlocks once your quarterback has a high enough Overall Rating (usually around 4.5 stars). So, keep upgrading your QB and soon you'll be calling the shots!

QB Mode becomes available when your QB reaches a 4-star rating. Just keep boosting those stats!

Based on my experience, I unlocked QB Mode when my QB hit 4.5 stars in Overall Rating. Just keep winning and upgrading!
