To snag that elusive red cabbage in Stardew Valley, you gotta hit up the Traveling Cart lady. She pops up on Fridays and Sundays, south of the farm in Cindersap Forest. There's a bit of luck involved since her inventory changes, but keep checking. Your surefire bet is to wait until Year 2, when Pierre starts selling red cabbage seeds at his shop for 100g a pop. Plant them in the summer, and voila, red cabbage galore!

Honestly, waiting for the Traveling Cart's random stock can be a pain. I literally just waited until Year 2 to buy the seeds from Pierre. It's way less of a hassle and you're guaranteed to get what you need.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
