Honestly, I've always found it quicker to just check the Traveling Cart near the forest. Sometimes you can buy sardines there if you're not into the whole fishing vibe.

Just hit the ocean with your fishing rod, but remember, only in Spring or Fall! Those little fishies love that time of year.

Catching sardines in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward, you just gotta fish in the ocean. Best times are during Spring and Fall, from 6 AM to 7 PM. Make sure you're doing this on a day that's not too windy, and you'll reel in some sardines in no time!

Pro tip: use bait. It speeds up the biting process. Caught my first sardine using this method and never looked back!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
