I got my first slime egg from a treasure chest while fishing near the mountain lake. It's rare but totally possible. It felt like winning the lottery!

Just buy 'em. Seriously, once you unlock the Slime Hutch, you can buy slime eggs directly from the Witch's Hut on certain nights. It's less adventurous but hey, it works.

Honestly, farming slimes for eggs is overrated. The drop rates are so low it's almost not worth the hassle. Better focus on farming crops and making money that way.

Getting slime eggs in Stardew Valley is an adventure, my friend! First off, you've got a chance to get them by defeating slimes in the Secret Woods or in the Mines. It's all about that slime-slaying action. But if you're feeling a bit more domestic, you can breed slimes in a Slime Hutch on your farm. When two slimes get cozy, they might produce a slime egg. Plus, if you've reached Combat level 5 and choose the 'Rancher' profession, your slimes will drop eggs more frequently. Happy sliming!
