To get someone to dance with you in Stardew Valley, you gotta raise your relationship with them! Give them gifts they love (twice a week is the max) and talk to them every day. Each villager has their favorites, so a bit of research goes a long way. Once you hit 4 hearts, you're in a good spot to ask them to the Flower Dance, and fingers crossed, they'll say yes!
