The fastest way to rack up stone in Stardew Valley is by mining in the mines, especially the levels that are overrun with rocks. You can get there quickly using the elevator to dive down to levels with more stones. Upgrading your pickaxe will also make it quicker to break stones, letting you collect more in less time. Don’t forget those geodes; while not directly stone, the blacksmith can crack them open for more resources!

Quarry. The quarry is your best friend for a quick stone fix. Once unlocked, it constantly regenerates rocks, including the valuable ones. It doesn't get quicker than swinging your pickaxe there.

Bombs are the answer. Crafting or buying bombs to use in the mine can clear large amounts of rock quickly, giving you tons of stone and other resources fast. Just be careful not to blow yourself up in the process!

Just buy it, honestly. If you're swimming in Gold and want stone without the hassle, go to Robin's shop. It might not be the 'fastest' in terms of in-game time, but it's instant and saves you a lot of work.
