After that, just head back to the 'Door of Time,' and voila, the 2nd shop is yours to explore!

Actually, you don't 'unlock' the 2nd shop like a traditional level. Just collect 50 diamonds, and get that 'Master Emblem'. Then, boom, Chamber of Time's yours and so is the shop.
All these steps? Just play the game and you'll stumble into it. I didn't even try to unlock it and suddenly, I was there.
