You gotta repair the bus stop. Easy choice: pay JojaMart. Hard mode: finish the Vault Bundle. After that, Pam's your chauffeur to adventure!
Ok so, to get the bus going in Stardew Valley, you need to unlock the Calico Desert. First step is repairing the Bus Stop through the Community Center by completing the Vault bundle or if you're more into instant gratification, you can pay 42,500g to the Joja Community Development Form if you have a JojaMart membership. After you do this, Pam becomes the bus driver and you can head to the desert anytime between 10am and 5pm. Remember, it costs 500g for a round trip!
Just throw money at it, literally. Either complete those bundles in the Community Center (boring, I know) or join the dark side and pay JojaMart to fix it. After that, enjoy your rides to the Calico Desert!
