To unlock the Demon Gauntlet in Geometry Dash, first, make sure you've beaten the three Demon levels in the main game. After that, you need to head to the Gauntlets menu, which is accessible from the Treasure Room. You'll find it locked at first, so you'll have to complete the Chaos, Fire, Ice, Shadow, and Lava Gauntlets to unlock it.
