Catching an eel in Stardew Valley is pretty simple but needs a bit of patience! You have to fish for it in the ocean, but only during rainy weather. Additionally, eels are only available in the Spring and Fall, from 4 PM to 2 AM. So, grab your fishing rod, wait for a rainy day in these seasons, and head to the beach!

Honestly, just fish at night when it's raining. Spring and Fall are the go-to seasons. Caught my first eel after a few tries, so don't give up too quickly!
