You gotta farm iron from swamp crypts, kill Deathsquitos in the Plains for needles, grow flax for linen thread, and chop some fine wood. Easy peasy.

The Porcupine is crafted at the Forge, but you need Artisan Table first. Good luck with Moder!

First, you'll need to defeat Moder to get the Dragon Tear, which unlocks the Artisan Table. Then, gather iron, needles from Deathsquitos, linen thread from flax, and fine wood.
