To unlock the quarry in Stardew Valley, you gotta finish the Bridge Repair bundle on the Bulletin Board inside the Community Center. This requires gathering a bunch of resources for the Junimos to fix the bridge. Once you've done that, boom, the quarry is yours to mine all the stone, ore, and gems you want!
