Super easy! Cindersap Forest is just south of your farm. Head out of your farm's south exit, cross the bridge and bam, welcome to Cindersap Forest. It's a chill place with lots of foraging goods, so have fun exploring!
I remember the first time I stumbled into Cindersap Forest, thinking it was an accident. Turns out, all I did was wander south from my farm, past the river. It's really that simple, and there's so much to do there! Fishing, foraging, you name it. Great spot for gathering hardwood in the Secret Woods area, too.
