Just finished it! Start at the Overworld, then go through East Forest and you鈥檒l find a path to The Quarry.
Find the Matching Key first, then use the teleporter in the East Forest to get there quickly.
Honestly, just explore around the Overworld. The pathway to The Quarry is kind of hidden near the Red Forest.
