To get your hands on that elusive truffle in Stardew Valley, you're gonna wanna cozy up to some pigs. First thing's first, upgrade your Barn to the Deluxe version. Once you've got that swanky setup, you can buy pigs from Marnie's Ranch. Treat those pigs right, and once they're all grown up, they'll start sniffing out truffles outside on the farm during spring, summer, and fall. Just remember, no truffles in winter because even pigs hate the cold.

You don't need pigs if you're lucky with the Traveling Cart! Sometimes, they sell truffles. Keep an eye out on Fridays and Sundays; it's a hit or miss but worth a shot if you're pig-less or in winter.

Easy - make friends with pigs! Upgrade your barn, buy some pigs from Marnie, and let them outside. No pigs = no truffles. Simple as that.

Pigs are truffle machines! Just let them outside in non-winter months. Seriously, no pigs, no truffle party.
