Getting wild seeds in Stardew Valley is pretty easy once you know what you're looking for. You can get wild seeds by foraging in the valley. Each season has its own type of wild seeds: Spring Seeds, Summer Seeds, Fall Seeds, and Winter Seeds. You craft them by gathering the specific foraged items of each season. For example, in Spring, you'll need Wild Horseradish, Daffodil, Leek, and Dandelion to craft Spring Seeds. So, keep an eye out while you're exploring!

I just buy 'em from the Traveling Cart when I'm feeling lazy. Yeah, it's more expensive, but time is money, friends.

Just forage! Literally, as you roam around the valley and pick up stuff off the ground, you can turn those items into wild seeds of that season. It's like the game's way of rewarding you for taking those leisurely strolls.
