If you're the host, you control the permissions! Just go to the lobby settings and adjust roles and game options as you see fit.

You gotta be the host to control any permissions. Head to the lobby computer and tweak game settings to your heart's content.

As the game host, you can customize the settings before the game starts by clicking the laptop in the lobby. Configure roles, tasks, and even player speed!
