You gotta be the server owner or have the right permissions. Head to 'Server Settings' > 'Roles', make or edit a role, and smack that 'Administrator' switch on. Then, slap that role on your buddy!

Easy peasy! Just go to your server settings, click on Roles, then create a new role or select an existing one. Toggle the 'Administrator' permission, save, and assign that role to your friend!
Server settings > Roles > Create/edit role > Enable 'Administrator' > Assign role. Simple as that!
From personal experience, just make sure you trust the person before giving them Admin rights. You do this in 'Server Settings', under 'Roles', and then you enable 'Administrator'. Finally, assign this role to the user you want as admin.
