If you want to host a dedicated Valheim server, download the Valheim Dedicated Server tool from Steam, edit the 'start_headless_server.bat' file with your server info, and then run it. Don't forget to open the necessary ports on your router!

I set up my own Valheim server last week. Just get SteamCMD, download the dedicated server tool, edit the .bat file, and make sure to forward ports 2456-2458. Worked like a charm!

First, you'll need to install SteamCMD (Steam Console Client). Then, use it to download the Valheim Dedicated Server tool. Configure the server by editing the 'start_headless_server.bat' file with your desired server name, world name, and password. Finally, forward ports 2456-2458 on your router and run the .bat file to start your server. Happy Viking-ing!

Just rent a server from a game hosting service. It's easier, and you won't have to worry about the tech stuff.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
