Fishing in Stardew Valley can be tricky at first, but it gets easier with practice. Make sure to upgrade your fishing rod as soon as you can, since higher level rods allow you to use bait and tackle, which make fishing much easier. Also, pay attention to the type of fish you need for the Community Center; some fish only appear in certain locations and weather conditions, so plan accordingly! Lastly, don't forget to eat food that gives you a fishing skill buff; it can make a big difference.

Just keep fishing, honestly. The more you do it, the better you get. The mini-game gets easier as your character's fishing level goes up, making it less of a struggle to catch those slippery fish.

IDK why everyone complains about fishing in Stardew. Just click when the fish is in the green bar, lol. It鈥檚 not that hard once you get the hang of it. #EZ
