First, download BepInEx from their GitHub page. Extract the contents into your Valheim server folder. Run the server once to let BepInEx generate the needed files, then install any mods into the 'plugins' folder. You're all set!

I installed BepInEx by downloading the package, unzipping it into my Valheim server directory, and running the server to let it create the necessary files & folders. Mods then go into the 'plugins' folder.
