How to Install Texture Packs in Geometry Dash on PC

First off, you gotta find the texture pack you wanna use. There's a bunch of them on the Geometry Dash forums and other fan sites. After downloading the texture pack, unzip the file if it's in a zip folder. Then, head over to your Geometry Dash game folder, usually located in the Steam folder if you got it from there. Backup the 'Resources' folder because that's where you're gonna replace the files with the ones from the texture pack. Just copy and paste the new files into the 'Resources' folder. Boom, you're set! Just start up the game and enjoy the new look!
