Super easy! Just hit Esc, click on 'Settings', then 'Network', and make sure you're on a multiplayer game. Then, simply share the server IP and password with your friends.
Invite them via Steam! Open your friends list, right-click your friend's name, and select 'Invite to Game'.
You gotta get the server IP and password to your friends. Just send it to them over your chat app of choice!
Open your Valheim client, navigate to 'Friends' in the Steam overlay, and invite them from there. Easy-peasy!
