How to Issue a PayPal Refund
Easy peasy! Just log in to your PayPal account, go to 'Activity', find the payment you want to refund, click on it, and then click 'Issue a refund'. Follow the prompts and you're done!

Just go to 'Activity' and 'Issue a refund.' Piece of cake.
If it's been more than 180 days since the payment, you'll have to send the money as a new payment instead of a refund.
I've done this a few times for my small business. Go to your 'Activity' page, select the transaction, and hit 'Issue a refund'. Make sure you double-check the amount before confirming!
