Go to 'Activity,' look for the payment, click it, hit 'Issue a refund' and you're golden. Took me less than 2 mins last time!
Activity tab -> select the transaction -> Issue a refund. You'll be done faster than a hiccup!
Just click 'Activity,' find your transaction, click 'Details,' and then tap 'Refund.' You'll be done before your coffee cools down!
