Unfortunately, Among Us doesn't officially support 100 player lobbies, but you can try mods like the Extra Roles Mod to increase player counts!

I tried it once with mods! Download something like the 100 Player Mod from GitHub, but be prepared for some chaos and potential crashes!

You can't. The game officially supports only 4 to 15 players. Sorry, mate.
