Honestly, just text your friend to send you the invite code. Enter that, and boom, you're farming together.

Yo, just make sure both you and your friends have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription if you wanna play together. Without it, no multiplayer Stardew Valley for you.

Not to burst your bubble, but it's way more fun to start a fresh farm with friends than to join an existing one. Fresh start, equal footing.

Joining a co-op game in Stardew Valley on the Switch is super easy! Just fire up your game and head to the main menu. Choose 'Co-op', then 'Join' and search for a friend's existing farm, or start a new one together. You'll need the host's invite code if it's a private game, so make sure to grab that first!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
