I found that using a fully upgraded Draugr Fang bow with poison arrows works best. Make sure to keep moving to avoid her attacks!

When fighting Moder, make sure you have wolf armor and a good bow. Use obsidian or poison arrows to whittle her down. Dodge and weave!
