To kill Kaitlyn, make sure to fail the QTEs during Chapter 9 when she's being chased. It's brutal, but effective.

Choose to stay in the lodge rather than escape. Then fail the QTEs when the werewolf comes after her. Works like a charm!

Just let Kaitlyn get attacked by the werewolf by purposely missing the critical shots in Chapter 9.

For a quick end, make sure she doesn't have the silver shells in Chapter 10. She'll stand no chance against the werewolf.
