Nope, you can't link them directly. Use a common bank account instead.
Unfortunately, you can't directly link Cash App to PayPal. But you can transfer funds between them! First, transfer money from Cash App to your linked bank account. Then, add that bank account to PayPal and transfer the funds there. It takes a few steps, but it works!
I鈥檝e done this before! Transferred from Cash App to my bank then to PayPal, no issues. Just takes a bit longer.
