Really just log in to eBay, go to 'Account' settings, and find the option to link your PayPal. It's one of the simplest things you'll do online.
Easy peasy! Just go to 'My eBay', select 'Account', then 'PayPal Account', and click 'Link My PayPal Account'. Follow the prompts to sign in to PayPal and voila, you're linked!
