I usually just guesstimate and log something similar that's already in the Fitbit database. Works for me!
Try logging each component separately. For example, if you had Biryani, log rice, chicken, vegetables, and spices individually to get a better estimate.
Just type in the name of the dish (like 'Butter Chicken' or 'Biryani') in the Fitbit food log search bar. You might need to estimate portions if exact matches don't show up.
