To lure serpents in Valheim, sail around Ocean biomes at night with some tasty bait like raw meat or fish dangling off your boat. They'll beeline right for it!

Best way I've found? Get yourself a longboat, some harpoons, and explore the deeper parts of the ocean. When you see a serpent, reel it in!
