You can't actually 'make' a truffle in Stardew Valley, because they're not crafted by players. Instead, you gotta raise some happy pigs on your farm! Once you have a fully grown pig and it's outside, it might dig up a truffle for you. Remember, pigs won't find truffles in winter since they don't go outside.

No crafting here, friend. Truffles are the work of your snout-nosed, mud-loving pigs. Let them roam outside on your farm when it's not winter, and they'll gift you with truffles. Patience and piggy care are your best tools!
